It's not a genre I usually read, either, so I was pretty surprised to enjoy it so much. Maybe that's why I liked it, who knows? I recommended it so highly that two of my co-workers also read it. One really didn't like it at all. She pretty well slammed the book, which made me feel bad. I loved it, why didn't she? I still don't get it, but that's her loss... My other co-worker did really enjoy the book so I felt a little vindicated. :-)battrawshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13493853497378651947noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5903188381073271553.post-87606881341360191012009-08-06T01:24:29.008-06:002009-08-06T01:24:29.008-06:00I really like young adult/youth fantasy, but since...I really like young adult/youth fantasy, but since there aren't a lot of LDS books with that theme, I would have to say, mystery with romance. I think that is why I like Keri Blair so much. Her books are mystery/suspense, but there is also the sprinkling of romance. I also like Betsy Brannon Green for that reason too.

If mystery/romance aren't available, I like historical fiction, for the most part, although it has to be well researched. I like to learn while I read so any book that can do that is helpful, just don't make it a history lesson, if I wanted that I would take a class. Jerry Borrowman is one of my favorite authors for historical fiction.Kelsi Rosehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05936003165476932401noreply@blogger.com
